Are you locked into the Ericsson camera? I've seen the "low res" T-mobile sidekick camera on eBay for $9.00. Right now, there's one seller selling them for $12.00 plus an exorbitant $9 shipping, so i'd avoid that one. There's also a "high res" version that puts out (~350x280 if I recall. Note that the high res one is actually low res, so the low res one basically takes pictures the size of a postage stamp.) The cameras are basically kyrocera cameras with a 3.3v SPI interface. Not really much info on the Ericsson, but possibly an alternative for you.
