I think it would be beneficial for the list to hear suggestions on fixing ICSP problems since I couldn't find anything helpful in the archive or on google groups. I think it might be time to write software for the programmer hardware I've already built and just use that. At least I'll know what's going on more. Thanks for the couple suggestions.
