AP Circuits does not seem to be inexpensive.
I've used custompcb and the only additional charge I paid about 11 $Cdn to
FedEx
for custom duty. Otherwise as advertised - 46 $US for 2 double sided
with shipping

You're in Canada, right?

Have you tried AP Circuits? I use them all the time and like their 2
layer proto board service. I've run single sided board designs through
their proto service also. Fast, cheap and reliable. I'm not sure about
their shipping costs in Canada though...
