I applied for a kit based on the strongly advertised fact that the kit came with a TCP/IP stack and the necessary hardware to interface to Ethernet. The only reason I even considered applying to get the kit was because of this. Now I find out that what is supplied is severely crippled and COMPLETELY useless for my purposes. I sure am glad I got the kit for free, otherwise I'd have some very strong words for them. In the end this just leaves a sour taste in my month, the time I've spent narrowing down specifics based on using this kit has been wasted. At the moment I don't think I'll even bother. Maybe that'll change, I guess we'll see. -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
