Are there any really cheap (including shipping cost) suppliers of
single-sided prototype PCBs that anyone would like to share?

I'm looking for non-plated through holes (so, not the typical 2-layer PCB
process) and if they had access to the typical low-cost crappy laminates as
an option, all the better.
