There are a few more questions to be answered before a yes or no answer to
your question.

Single phase - What voltage?
Is your generator connected in a WYE (4 wire) or Delta (3 wire)?
Are you looking for what is normally found in a home here in the
US?  120/240 single phase three wire?
What are you looking to connect to the generator?
