I meant for just phone lines, analog. I was thinking of using the twisted pairs inside the Cat5 cable to carry up to 4 "normal" telephone lines. I might also be running the network cables as well, but I will run a seperate line for phone and net. I figured it would work fine, just wanted to make sure before I ran it. I've used Cat5 for a short run in my apartment for phone lines, but I wanted to be sure that this cable is just as good as telephone cables for longer distances.
