In my current quest to drive my project's power
consumption down, I experimented with values
for 'MCLR pullup.  With a 10k resistor, the circuit
draws 280 uA.  With a 50k resistor, the
consumption drops to 75 uA.

Comments or thoughts on this?  It seems a bit
out of hand to me; the datasheet claims a 5uA
leakage current into or out of 'MCLR when it is
held high.  This is not unique; that current
consumption seems inline across all 5 prototype
boards I have, and the drop in current has been
seen on two boards so far.
