Correct. The list I have of UTC+0200 countries is (copied and pasted from a website) BELARUS (Minsk Dst)=20 BOTSWANA (Gaborone)=20 BULGARIA (Sofia Dst)=20 BURUNDI (Bujumbura)=20 CONGO, Democratic Republic Of The (Lubumbashi)=20 CYPRUS (Nicosia Dst, Kyrenia Dst)=20 EGYPT (Cairo Dst)=20 ESTONIA (Tallinn Dst)=20 FINLAND (Helsinki Dst)=20 GAZA STRIP (Gaza Dst)=20 GREECE (Athens Dst)=20 ISRAEL (Jerusalem Dst,Tel Aviv Dst)=20 JORDAN (Amman Dst)=20 LATVIA (Riga Dst)=20 LEBANON (Beirut Dst)=20 LESOTHO (Maseru)=20 LIBYA (Tripoli)=20 LITHUANIA (Vilnius Dst)=20 MALAWI (Lilongwe)=20 MOLDOVA (Chisinau Dst)=20 MOZAMBIQUE (Maputo)=20 ROMANIA (Bucharest Dst)=20 RUSSIA (ZONE 1- Kaliningrad Dst)=20 RWANDA (Kigali)=20 SOUTH AFRICA (Johannesburg)=20 SWAZILAND (Mbabane)=20 SYRIA (Damascus Dst)=20 TURKEY (Istanbul Dst)=20 UKRAINE (Kiev Dst)=20 WEST BANK (East Jerusalem Dst, Nablus Dst, Janin Dst)=20 ZAMBIA (Lusaka)=20 ZIMBABWE (Harare) Finland (country code 358) is a likely candidate since Keski-Suomiw, Finland has a city code of (0)14 (0 only applicable when dialing from within country) and they have 7 digit numbers. There might be other matches too. This was the first one that I got to and basically gave up. Why not send them a fax back to the same number and ask them? This is way OT but since there are so many smart dudes (and dudettes) on here, I figure I ask anyway. I got a fax a while ago which terminated just as the header showed up. The number on it is 014826xxxx (where the x's are the trailing 4 digits.) Timestamp indicates its from a country with GMT+2 time zone. The time does seem to be set correctly on the sending fax. Don't have caller-id or any other info. Can you think of a way I can tell which country this was from? Just am curious where this fax was from (and of course if I do find out I want to ask the sender to resend it.)
