www.mini-itx.com sells PC motherboards in a very small form factor,
typically under 7x7".  Most of the boards are loaded with integrated
peripherals like video, ethernet, etc.

The prices are quite low, comparable to a normal MB.  I don't know of any
with 2 ethernet ports, but they'll have PCI slots and USB/Firewire ports you
can use to add a second one.
