Search for "pic10f" - at the moment things are good; there's even a product brief and a programmming spec: http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/41210B.pdf It just says SOT23 with no qualifiers for the package. If that's really the standard SOT-23 package normally seen used for transistors, that's pretty damn impressive! ICD support, too - does that mean self-programmable flash? (there's no eeprom...)
