Potentially useful inter-equipment communications foundation for many
projects.

This excellent system was referred to in passing on PICList recently but
what it does would easily have escaped attention.
Provides software and hardware designs for inter equipment communications
using fixed, phone or (potentially) radio links with an increasing level of
capability as complexity increases. A possible answer to many people's
communications  requirements,.

Series of 3 "RATs" with all hardware/software to allow telephone line or
radio comms using SMS V23 standard. Excellent discussion of arcane but
simple hardware*. Haven't looked in detail but what I saw is comprehensive
and competent. Also implements up to V22bis modem comms in top version.
