I'm using a 16F84 in LP crystal mode, something I've never done before,
and I'm trying to choose capacitor values.

In the 16F84 datasheet, the value of 68-100pF for both capacitors is listed.

The test crystal is shown as an EPSON C-001R32.768K-A, which has a
recommended load of 12.5 pF.

There seems to be a disconnect here, if I use 100pF or even 68pF, aren't I
going to load the crystal to the point my frequency will be pulled?

Second question, does LP mode limit the crystal drive so a series resistor
is not needed?
