I use Mozilla with the 'click to load flash' option. If there's flash on the page I have to click it to actually load the plugin and see what it is. This way I can use flash when I want to (some menus, sometimes presentations) and I can ignore it the other 80% of the time. Between this, pop-up blocking, and ad blocking my browsing is faster, less painful, and much more at my command. I actually find myself getting irritated when I have to use someone else's computer/browser now... -Adam Bill Couture wrote: >On Tue, 18 May 2004, Bob Blick wrote: > > > >>It enhances your ability to view advertising, you really need it! >> >> > >Not to mention that you can't see the dancing bears without it... > >Bill {not installed on my system, thank-you-very-much} > >-- >http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different >ways.
