Futurlec http://www.futurlec.com has good prices on ZIF sockets.  They
appear to be in Australia, although all their prices are listed in US$.
They charge the same for shipping to the EU, US or Australia.  Their
quantity discounts don't seem to be as aggressive as some, but their
quantity one prices are really good.
