It would be neat to make a cool little web-based PIClist client.  I have
this thing for web-based software and it would be so simple to whip up a
couple little php scripts using the build in mail functions.  You could make
it sort the messages into "virtual" folders based on the tag in the subject
line and you could do a tree-like structure with the replies and whatnot.
It would also be simple to make a little mail composer in there that sends
to the list or whatever.

I dunno, just an idea I had.  If anyone's interested in doing something like
this, I could donate some time to help out.  I'm sitting in front of the
computer programming most of the day anyway :)  Not sure who would host it.
