Don't forget to consider the things that are not included like disks. I have not had to return anything to Tiger, so I have no idea about their return policies and how well they handle them. I don't think there is a reliable vendor in the business other than the little guys you get to know well. So far, Tiger has been good to me, I really did get a 200G Seagate HD for $100. The rebate was slow, but it made it. The last major issue I had was with HP/Compaq and I am not sure where that landed. I just hope I don't need another warranty claim!
