Yum makes it pretty simple to upgrade from RH anything to Fedora.

I've done about a dozen boxes this way, and other friends have tried it
too.  If you get a dependency problem usually removing the offending
package and trying again fixes it, then reinstall the package through yum
after you're up in Fedora.

This method will also let you go to Fedora Core 2, or any of the test
versions, if you want kernel 2.6.
