I was halfway thorough my current project of hooking the washing machine up
to the PC (dont ask - something to do with refusing to wash socks !). I
designed the motor controller board the day before yesterday and etched and
drilled the board.

After assembling the board, I went to spray the board with the clear
protective laquer but found the can had a slight leak on the seam.

I emailled Electrolube (HKW) in the UK and first thing the next morning I
received an email back apologising and asking for my details.

The next day (today), a courier delivered a brand new can of CPL200 laquer
:-)

Now it may only have been a few dollars worth of spray but the level of
service I received from Electrolube (HKW) was fantastic. They have kept a
loyal customer and I feel its only right to put a quick post up to express
my complete satisfaction with the level of service I received from them.

It sounds a bit like creeping but they'll certainly be the first brand I
consider buying for other products available from them.
