Or if you dont happen to have a guillotine, an ordinary pair of tin snips works surprisingly well, next best is a junior hacksaw, worst by far is a cut-off wheel in a dremel. One thing to watch out for is of you cut the board before exposing it make sure ther aren't any burrs round the edge which could lift the transparency away from the board - i have fouled up several by not checking.
