You're probably too far ahead of the curve. You need the ingredients of
chips, algorithms, time, and testing before you'll start to get such designs.

You choices at this point is to accept what's currently out there (ICD2),
to be a pioneer and develop the hardware/software yourself, or to wait until
the inevitable designs start to filter through.
