I'm not sure I'm missing something, but I can't find any
reference to what PIC you are using !? Neither in your
text or in the code example.

And is this realy a working (well, with "working" I mean
showing your interrupt problems, of course) code example ?
I havn't written much (anything) in JAL, but the code examples
I have seen, all had a few "include" at the beginning...

It's better to strip your code down to the smallest "working"
code snippet that still shows the problem. And many times
the actual problem shows in this process. :-)

And have you tryed to write a short ASM routine that does
the same thing ? It's probaby a bit easier to get help for
a ASM routine then a JAL routine...
