I am planning to collect some data in one unit and would like to
transfer that units data to a computer.  I would like to use GSM cards
(used in phones) to do this.  I would like to trasnfer data as well as
be able to send regular SMS to another phone.  I prefer simple plug-in
modules if possible.

Any ideas or leads?
