that motor is 120V? -----Original Message----- From: pic microcontroller discussion list [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU]On Behalf Of Scott Fraser Sent: Sunday, May 02, 2004 5:37 PM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: [AD:] EIR Club Auctioning off more Items (100kW Generators) After a successful round of auctions, my students have been busy building their underwater ROV (robot). They are working crazy hours to get it done and progress is going great. To refresh the group's memory, this project is using 5 of the 18F452's running at 40MHz. We hope to get into the water within the next few weeks. The thrusters have been water tested and are ready to go. In a little bit of down time, we put together a few more auctions. One of them is for a Chart recorder, DAC and power supply. We have 32 of these boxes, but can't yet run multiple item auctions. The second auction is for a set of four environmental chambers, minus the controllers. The third & fourth auctions are for 100kW induction generators which would be great for wind power applications. The fifth and final auction is for a new Baldor 3/4 HP 1 phase reversible motor. If anyone is interested in seeing some progress photos of the ROV and the circuit boards, drop me a note and I'll start putting together a package. You can see the auctions at http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&include=0&userid =eir_club Thanks!
