Let's back it up, as your requirements are all over the place. What circuit do you have? How is it to be powered? What choices do you have in terms of powering it? As the designer, I think you may be making a mistake allowing so many different voltages to power the circuit. Spend a minute explaining why someone should be able to plug in 3 different voltage power supplies into this circuit. Often added complexity leads to failure. Hope to hear back soon.
