Hmmm...I also neglected to mention that I had to contact their regional
sales rep, by phone, to get the samples.  I tried several times before I got
through...and even then it was two months.  I hate phoning people.  More
than almost anything.  If you want my money, if you want to impress me,
deal with me quickly and efficiently via e-mail.

But that's just me. ;-)
