Chi Wing is a major Hong Kong producer of LEDs. They also sell their products on ebay at very cheap prices. Their store is here: http://stores.ebay.com/Chi-Wing-LED-product-shop 10 red 5000mcd LEDs are $3US including shipping from Hong Kong. For 5000mcd white, it's $3.20, and the 10,000mcd whites are $13 for 50. I've bought from them a few times; the LEDs are good quality quality, but I've had some arrive not working (expect a 10% failure rate and you won't be disappointed). Shipping takes about 2 weeks, but for the price, I can't complain about that.
