I needed to decide which platform to go with for a handhelp application, =
Palm or Pocket PC.=20

I downloaded the PalmOS Developers Suite from Palm. It installed =
flawlessly and works great.

The Microsoft Embedded Visual Tools 3.0 however, does not install on my =
computer.
Before I give up on the MS visual tools, if anyone can suggest why I =
can't install it, please help.

I get many error messages like this:=20

Setup tried to create a path 'C:\Windows CE Toolset\Htmlhelp\' and =
'WCE\HTMLHELP\EVC\WCEATL.CHM'

After all that I get "cesdkhlp.dll was unable to register itself in the =
registry" "Install failed".
