Are you absolute sure > about this? Embedded Visual C++ 3 (for pocket PC 2002) and Embedded Visual=20 C++ 4 (for pocket PC 2003) are free stand alone IDE's, very=20 much like visual C++ 6 (visual studio) for windows desktop=20 development. These can be used to develop Win32 and MFC C++=20 applications (and probably som others but not .NET). If you want to develop managed code (C++ or C#) using the .NET=20 compact framework, You need Visual Studio 7 (.NET), I am not=20 sure what version. An SDK for the Pocket PC 2003 can then be=20 freely downloaded and installed, working in the same=20 environment as for desktop development. / Ruben >=20 > Also can agree on Linux, Familiar for Ipaq is nice.
