You will probably have many porting issues if you need to move a "DOS
application" to a Pocket PC. Still it all depends on how the program is
written. Better to look for a win32 terminal emulator (if that is an
option). This will be (in most cases) a simple task to transfer.

I know nothing about pocket pcs, so I am asking this before I spend any
time researching it further:

If a Pocket PC runs Windows CE 3.0, would a DOS terminal emulator
written for a desk top PC be able to work on the Pocket PC?
