You order sample parts from TI and they ship it next-day UPS from
DigiKey stock. It comes with a standard DigiKey invoice with a TI logo
instead of DigiKey's.

I've ordered TI samples for the last 4 or 5 projects I've worked on and
DigiKey had every part in stock, so I had next-day samples.

A very "dandy sample program", I think. (at least for those of us in
the U.S.)
