The MaximDirect! service works fine for us here in Spain. Free phone line,
while actually the offices are in France.
You can buy any quantity. I usually check prices on their 'Ecommerce
storefront' to get an idea, and then confirm the prices in Euro for us and
place the order via email or fax to the contact person they tell you.
