 Well I will give him the benefit of the doubt but I think his intention =

to associate the places with US army bases (outside the US of course) as
dangerous places. By the way, there is not a US army base here in Venezue=
la
and believe me our actual president would prefer to be dead to let that
happen! (Chavez and Bush ain=B4t the best of friends). Regards,
