Amaury,

I am not sure if the same applies but I am toying with a GPS module at
the moment. This one uses 3volt TTL logic so I needed to use a
MAX3232/SP3232 to enable 5volt rs232 to 3volt ttl conversion instead of
a normal max232/sp232.

I just received my GPS16A (200ms updates) and am trying to connect it to
my PC serial port, with no luck so far...

I first tried to connect it directly, as explained in the documentation,
but only got garbage. the doc states that the thing is outputting TTL
levels, so I connected a max232 and tried that. no go.

I'm desperate :/

Anyone already encountered this beast or has advice ?
