Hi,
I just received my GPS16A (200ms updates) and am trying to connect it to
my PC serial port, with no luck so far...

I first tried to connect it directly, as explained in the documentation,
but only got garbage.
the doc states that the thing is outputting TTL levels, so I connected a
max232 and tried that. no go.

I'm desperate :/

Anyone already encountered this beast or has advice ?
