Hi, A few years ago, in a summer night, when I was driving the Trabi, I felt = smoke, the characteristic smell of burning plastic, coming from that = bistable relay. So, for the rest of the night, I could only use = "abblendlicht"... 6 Volts=3Dlots of amps + bad contact =3D smell Nowadays they do some cheat with electronic hold circuits, to provide a = false bistable relay... At least that old relay was genuine, no fake.... = :-) Szia Attila - SM4RAN -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Fr=E5n: dr. Furthermore, I got also a fuel consumption monitor, with LEDs and even with a photoresistor to tune the LEDs brightness to = the environment. Another interesting point: the switching between inside/outside-city-light ("orsz=E1g=FAti f=E9ny"; I do not know the = technical term exactly) was made by a bistable relay.
