Perhaps one of the high-end 18F parts that can access extra memory, or better
yet the dsPICs.

ps. Please forgive me if you're actually serious, but the idea of porting
    Linux to something like an 16F pic is, well, laughable. I'd love
    to see it done for the same reason I like seeing 20 clowns jump out
    of a VW Bug -- you always have to wonder what the trick is.
