There are bunches of websites out there about hacking the RCX.
I don't remember the sites but I was looking into a RCX a while back
And had found them.

From what I remember there were some cool projects, I think one guy even
turned his RCX into a scanner.

So I just bought an RIS 1.0 on Ebay for about US$100,
which is a reasonably fair price if other auctions are
anything to go by, but it came with no software.

Does anyone know if I can download the software?
Lego's website is less than forthright with a source for
it.

I'm also interested in "hacking" the RCX.  What's the
best route to go about for that?  I've searched the web
and the options are dizzying, at best.  Has anyone any
idea how I can best use all of the resources on the chip?
