Actually no, I don't think any automotive battery has a catalyst. The reason is that the catalyst - is not cheap (auto mfg's are known for their cheapness) - is easily fouled - doesn't work when wet (cars will slosh the fluid around) - will overheat if the battery is severely overcharged I've seen them sold as an aftermarket add on for wet cells used in solar storage applications however (catalyst replacement caps).
