With what seems to be ebay's blessing some sellers even advertise that they will not give feedback unless the buyer first posts feedback -- perhaps that's a sly way to guarantee retaliatory feedback. Let's face it ebay is a wide open market place. Anyone can participate and prosper -- even liars and cheats. About the only entity guaranteed a return is ebay.
