As of this weekend, I'm suddenly getting a ton of junk/spam emails with a= n=20 attachment on each that's addressed to=20 ".". Seeing that I only use my=20 piclist email address for this list, I expect it's coming from someone on= =20 this list. The alleged sender's domain is "cherry.ease.lsoft.com", so=20 perhaps it's on another system on that domain? Or someone who has an add= ress=20 with that domain in their address book? The domain sounds really familia= r. Since I'm on Linux my machines are not infected with it, and I've setup a= =20 filter to trash it, but it is causing much pain/delay in downloading my e= mail=20 over dial-up. Each of these emails (100+ for the morning so far) has a .= zip,=20 =2Eexe or .scr attachment. :-( I've setup a filter to trash it automatically, but there must be a way to= stop=20 it before I download, right? Cheers, -Neil. -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways. See http://www.piclist.com/#archives for details.
