I wondered about that too. Either it's a typo or perhaps it was
GB of code and related material, rather than just code alone

The other post I made today, about efficient sniffing of the Internet,
is just the sort of technology that could be used for devious purposes,
such as tampering with poorly-organised electronic voting. The stakes
are so high, somebody will take a serious look at it
