Nope ... not system service, but customer service.  My bill went higher a=
nd=20
higher every month with no changes to my service, and I could not get a c=
lear=20
explanation from them.

Time Warner out here has been fairly reliable, expect for once when it wa=
s=20
shot for a whole day due to a cable getting chopped.  Definitely gave my=20
cellphone a workout that day. :-)
