What is the "will of the community" on this?

E.g.,

  1) Windows
  2) Drag and drop 2 files.
  3) Typographic presentation indicates results:
     a) Grey: present in 1 but not the other.
     b) Red: different.
     c) Blue: agreement.
     d) Yellow: this value changed later in this file.

  4) Output files:
     Placed into ascending address order within section.
     Only address ranges common to both files included.
     Separate files for disagreeing sections.
