Hello List

I was wondering if anybody know something about the internal oscillator
frequency of the following chips :

PIC12F675 and PIC16F88

In the PIC12F675 data sheets it says 4 MHz Internal Oscillator. With use of
OSCCAL register you can change the frequency of the internal oscillator, but
how low and how high can it go?? (from 3,5 to 4,5 MHz ??)

Any info about the PIC16F88 ?
