Finaly, it's now possibly to download a copy of XWisp
(Xwisp2) that runs native under Windows (at least W2K-SP4,
have not tested on anything else...)

You can find it on http://www.st-anna-data.se, select "PIC page" in the menu.

That's it I'd guess.
