AFAIK this type would be the most widely available

If it is the one you're looking for, a little tip - make the pads as big as
possible and include a couple of pads on the sides to put a loop of
wire to hold the thing down. I've not had any lift on my own PCBs but
have repaired plenty on others that were just not held down strongly
enough. The solder joints work loose and tracks break
