BC183 is an NPN general purpose in a TO92. Looks like a PN2222 or 2N3904 would work. The BC213 looks like its complimentary device (PNP). A PN2907 or 2N3906 should work. The BC550 seems like it could also be replaced by the PN2222 also. For most small signal circuits under 40 volts and from 20 mhz down to DC switching, the above devices should sub out. Rick "David J.
