You could use an unreliable (like 1 in 5 success rate) programmer that
works only with the XT you are about to throw away or only when you
start your 2 GHz XP with dos 3.11, and programs only 16F628's, and does
no ICSP.

Or you could buy a pre-programmed PIC from me, or have one of your
friends program one for you.
