        FWIW I recently had a 16F877A part that wouldn't run at 4MHz, no matter
what crystal I threw at it, no matter what caps I tried. Another 877A worked
fine in the same board, although it wouldn't work at 20MHz. My only guess is
I should have used a series resistor, but I've never needed it before on non
A parts, so it seems that sometimes getting a PIC to oscillate at a specific
freq doesn't always work. TTYL
